Photo frame banners
This small tutorial is intended for use with the sections of blank Banners called
"Photo Frames 1" and "Photo Frames 2".
The first thing to do is open your banner, and select "Colours" then
"Increase Colour Depth" then "16 Million Colours". Open your photograph
and do the same (if the option for 16 million colours is not available this
means it's already in 16 million colours). Here's my banner.

Next, using the "Selection" tool (third from left on the menu, see the menu
bar above), outline an area on your image that you
want to place inside the frame on your banner, it has to be roughly the same
shape as the rectangle on the banner, here's my photo with my area selected.

Next, select "Edit" then "Copy". Select the "Magic Wand" tool, (this is fifth
from the left on the menu bar above and is selected). Make sure that (just
underneath where the tool is) Match Mode is set to "RGB", Tolerance is set to
"0" and Feather is set to "0". Click on the black area on the banner where you
want the photo to go. This area should now have a "selection box" around it
(a dotted box like the one in the photo above).
Then, select "Edit" and "Paste Into". Repeat the procedure with another
photo (if you've chosen the banners that take two photos), and it should
look like this.

Finally, make sure nothing on your banner has a "selection area" around it
(a dotted box like the one in the photo above),
if it does select "Selections" then "Select None" (or right click on the
banner).
Then select "Colours", "Decrease Colour Depth" then "256 Colours". That's it.
